Hi! I had the lovely experience of going here 3 days after I turned 15 June of 2024. I spent a single day here because they didn’t accept our insurance, never told us, and only said we were going to have to pay $20,000 for my whole stay there when I was about to start PHP on my first day. My daughter had a horrible experience here in adolescent program. When she started at a different location the staff wouldn't release information to them even though her therapist release forms were on file. On top of they billed incorrect primary insurance and sent me the bill even though I filled all paperwork out stating what the primary and secondary insurance was! Avoid at all costs!
Please do better. The reason so many people commit suicide , or have addictions is because you reach out for help and insurance is constantly regected or appointments are a year away. I called for help with anxiety and panic disorder and depression I was told the only thing they could do is set me up for January 23rd of 2023. It's designed to make you fail , when it should be about helping people.
