This place is amazing for people struggling with depression anxiety anger and more I had a great experience and I was helped a ton thanks to Norb and Pam they helped so much with my recovery.
I'll never trust another medical professional again after going here. I needed help. They stabbed me in the back. Now I won't get the help I need. Alcohol will have to do.
Collette is absolutely terrible. Won’t adjust medication when you say it’s not working for you, just tells you to go outside more. DO NOT come here to be seen by her if you actually want to be helped. Northwestern Medicine shouldn’t have a NP as a psychiatric provider. She has no idea what’s she’s doing when it comes to mental health.
From what I have seen, the outpatient treatment done by this facility is an absolute joke and waste of time. It seems to me they care far more about themselves and how they look as a program than the adolescent patient. When a child had visible self-harm wounds and stated they want to be admitted, the program told the parent the cuts were superficial and that the patient was fine. Dr. Dennison and Jill, his NP, are absolutely amazing. I have received nothing short of top-tier treatment from them. I’ve been coming here for about 10 years. They have changed my life and I can’t thank them enough!
