I was seen for a lab draw only. The young lady that drew my labs was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and kind! Receptionist was also friendly and efficient. The lab person’s first name was Donnish (sp?) I tried to leave a review on NW website but for some reason it was not sendable, too bad.
I’m not the only person making this kind of review and I don’t even know where to begin. I went in this morning on Sunday morning at 8:25. I was told that I couldn’t be seen until sometime. “later today“ no attempt to help me get this appointment, and there was not one person sitting in the waiting room and The attitude at the desk was oh well, too bad so sad no attempt to help me make the appointment nothing. Es una clínica con muy copa ética muy mal servicio siempre que llamo para acer una sita por que me siento mal o alguno de mis hijos siempre me disen que no tienen sita hasta dentro de un mes pero los puede llevar al cuarto de emergencias entonces para que pago mi aceguransa si ellos nunca tienen tiempo de mirar a sus pacientes estoy muy molesta espero no regresar nunca ai
