I called ahead of time to ask if they could do a specific blood test (troponin levels) or whether this was an ER only test. The staff member said they had a lab and bloodwork could be done. I arrive and get seen by the doctor to find out that they cannot do the blood test and I have to go to the ER. A waste of time and money; the front desk staff should be better informed or ask questions they don’t know the answers to in order to avoid this scenario. I called on July 8th at 3:40 pm to ask. I’ve always had excellent care at this location. Ranging from X-rays to help with TMJ sprains abdominal pain among others. It’s usually not that busy when I show up but it can get packed. Everyone without exception be in receptionist or care givers has been top notch.
Was there to get a blood draw done. Aaliyah was super great at check in, friendly, efficient, told me my blood work order is in the system. Ashleigh who did the blood draw was equally great, careful and friendly and walked me through everything. And I was in and out in less than 20 min, despite there being at least 4 other patients at 8:30 in the morning
Immediate care* *Only after all paperwork is completed. My mother fell on her face and walked through the door with blood covering her face and her nose still bleeding. They sat her down and had her register. No help. No care. They're asking her questions about her insurance while she's still holding a wad of tissues to her face to slow the bleeding.
