This is definitely the best immediate care in the city! Dr. Adersen and her team helped my son faster than any other immediate care we have ever been to! So if you have to go to urgent care, I would recommend this one!
Disappointed with the lack of transparency. This is the second time I’ve paid a $75 copay only to be told they aren't equipped for basic front-line procedures like IV fluids. They seem more concerned with collecting payment than disclosing their limited capabilities upfront. Also, their listed hours are incorrect; they do not open before 8 AM. I had to go to the ER at Ascension St. Joseph for actual treatment. I’ll be skipping Northwestern for any future urgent needs.
I've had my ups and downs with this clinic but I recognize the staff here are just trying to do their jobs. Wait times can vary greatly. Overall, I've never had an outrageously terrible experience with this location.
This was the most pleasant urgent care experience I’ve ever had in my life. Starting from the front office staff who was very friendly and greeted me professionally, to the nurse and the PA that took care of me during the visit. I came in on a Sunday morning and waited all of about five minutes to be seen by PA and got my issue addressed and left within 30 minutes. That is unheard of and I really appreciate having an urgent care this efficient close by.
After waiting for close to 8 months to see Dr. Philander, research time before that, finding a Dr. I am comfortable seeing, I get a phone call stating that she’s changed her mind and not taking new patients….no care, no concern. I’m done with northwestern. The care for patients is non-existent.
