My husband came in through the ER after his spinal stenosis got to the point where he needed immediate care that the VA couldn't provide. I am so grateful he landed at NMC - from the ER to the Nursing Unit, everyone was professional, compassionate and caring. Dr. Barnum and the OR staff did a wonderful job, and his post op care was excellent - loved that his private room had space for family to be comfortable as well as the patient. I was recently admitted to another hospital for a week and am currently admitted at NMC, the difference is mind blowing! The staff here are phenomenal, friendly and go above and beyond for their patients while listening to them and showing care. Every single person I have had contact with here have made me feel comfortable and well cared for. The rooms are amazing, they are private, large, updated and extremely clean. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff who took such excellent care of my Dad while he was in ICU. The personal care he received was above and beyond just doing your job. You treated him like family and I couldn't be more thankful.
Spent two days at the hospital for surgery and was very impressed with the new wing and the nursing staff was a pleasure to deal with,great people there. Food was terrific,seasoned shrimp was awesome. Not a single bad thing to say about the whole experience.
I love this hospital and staff are amazing! And its so clean! Thank you all for what you did for me yesterday!!!
