I have to say that the pediatric floor was absolutely amazing to me and my little 3 month old granddaughter!! They went above and beyond for us!! Their calmness eventually wore off on me and we spent the night in very good hands! Thank you, so much, to the wonderful staff that helped us!! I choose 5 stars.. not because I loved it. I don't think anyone loves being admitted.. lol but rather because we got 5 star service from everyone. Again.. thank you so much ladies!!!

I had a great experience here...I was ill from a kidney stone and was in ICU for a few days..I had an awesome connection with Adrianna a sweet nurse in the ICU department she was awesome, caring and very patient..I remember when I was getting discharged a nurse that was certified to put in pic lines came in on a Saturday and volunteered to do it so I could go home and not have to wait till Monday :)thank you to all the great staff at Northwestern Medical!
