I'm so thankful to have delivered my son in a baby friendly hospital! Even though we had to have a c-section, NMC made it such a wonderful experience that I wouldn't have changed anything about the delivery or our time there. Our wishes were accommodated and everyone went above and beyond to make it an enjoyable stay. I have also been a labor doula at multiple births here and each time I was impressed with the doctors, nurses, policies, and accommodations.

My 4 year old son went in with a fever. While there he asked nicely 4 times for a blanket because he was cold. The nurse told him it wasn't cold in his room and never brought him one. We than saw Dr. O'Brien she was nice but unfortunately gave my son a prescription of amoxicillin 400mg to take 2 tsp twice a day. Way to much for a 39.8lb 4 year old! Not impressed with the outcome at all

My wife just had her first child there. I couldn't be happier with the nurse we had. They were very patient and help full. They had a full house when we were there and still got taken of.
My daughter just had her first child and the staff was absolutely wonderful! Even as busy as they were with lots of moms and babies, they were all friendly, patient, and extremely helpful. Really could feel how they cared about everyone, no question too silly or small.
Wonderful staff! I just delivered my first baby there and I had great nurses. Super helpful and very friendly, it made my experience there great and special.
