Our first experience with the ER where my son was transferred from a different hospital in the city due to an emergency respiratory issue. The doctor in the ER saw my son for less than a minute told us he would be right back and didn't return for 12 hours. At the end of his shift he walked in to say goodbye and O lost my cool on him. My son had been in a severe car accident, the doctors knew this, and they left him laying in a bed for 26 hours with no medical care before moving him up to the 13th floor. This is a shout out to the I.R. Dept in the Fienberg pavilion I just received the tips procedure on my liver from Dr. Thornburg I have never been more pleased in the staff to Dr. flamm of hepatology runs,everybody in the whole entire hospital and all the different pavilions are absolutely the cream of the crop the top-of-the-line the best of the best I am so blessed I was able to be seen by these wonderful doctors I will truly be full of gratitude towards them Todd Briscoe former liver patient

Service was great however the hospital called an out network ambulance service that I thought was covered from my insurance and ended up leaving me to pay for out of pocket and settle to pay the bill on top of my hospital bill that I owe another hospital. The situation I was in was out my hands. Next time check up on patient’s insurance coverage before making a hasty decision on what ambulance services are available.
