They make you feel like you have no reason to be there. It's hit or miss to get a nurse/doctor that will make you feel comfortable being there. The last few times I've been there I left unsatisfied because I am still dealing with the same issue and nothing was done to take care of it. It's too bad Burlington is so far away. They're way better.

The ER doctor I was treated by was emotionally abusive told me to stay away from ER/inpatient care and get treated by a PCP/APRN. The APRN I got in contact with refused to offer any care and suggested I go to ER. Nice system you've got set up here.

Though they check your temperature multiple times upon entry I can’t wait for my wife who is in the ER in the waiting room. I have to wait outside?! To top it off my wife who is in excruciating pain has to be questioned by some arrogant little teen about her travels etc... Absolute nonsense and disrespect!
