I went in this past week for a blood draw and I was incredibly impressed with the facility and the technician! I'm a notoriously difficult stick and Josh (Jocelyn) was amazing. Not only did she get it on the first stick, her bedside manner was delightful. Thank you so much for making an otherwise unpleasant experience (blood draw) great!
