This office was a train wreck over 20 years ago! Given the wrong medication for a thyroid problem. Went to see another Endocrinologist at Rush, he insisted on me giving him the name of the doctor that prescribed that medication for me. Medication changed and everything has been fine since. I never went back again! Misdiagnosed and another RX given that made me sleep for 20 hours prior to the thyroid issue. I wanted to stay with my Endocrinologist DR Henry Ruder but he did not take my insurance. This would have never happened... read more
What a bureaucratic nightmare. I submitted an online request and then received a call to schedule an appointment. But the person calling for the scheduling didn't have access to any of the information from my online request, so I had to tell them everything again. I ended up giving up because I didn't have all the prior information on hand. If they can't be organized for something as simple as scheduling an appointment, I don't really see a reason to trust them with my health records...
Top of the line medical care.
I love my PCP Dr Glynn I have never had any problems getting an appointment, and the staff is very professional
