I have been seeing Dr. Shear for several years now. In addition to being thoroughly professional, she is also very accommodating, always willing to answer any questions. I highly recommend her.
Ive had terrible experiences at other places until we found Dr Tiffany Khoo. She has been so helpful with my young son and really gave him a thorough eye exam and got him the help he needed. She is very patient & kind. Im glad we found this office. The ladies at front desk are very nice as well. The wait time is a little long, however understandable since they do provide thorough eye exams & great service.
Northwestern Eye is my place to go. Bright friendly atmosphere with great staff. Dr. Khoo has my full trust with her clear guidance and pleasant manner. The office is a short walk to a main transit hub (Jane and Eglinton -Mt Dennis) very handy.
Dr. Tiffany Khoo is excellent, thorough and competent. The support staff are friendly and efficient. They do their best to keep to schedule. Reccomend.
So we booked an appointment a week ago for 3.15pm for an eye exam for my partner and we are still waiting for her to be seen. It is now 3.45 with no sign yet as to when she will be attended to. I don’t understand why they overbook and leave people waiting for over a half hour to be seen. I don’t know if we will be back. My time is just as important as there time. So frustrating to say the least.
