I needed my exterior door fixed, and was told by Mark he’d send one of his guys to take a look. The initial $200.00 payment was to go towards the assessment and completion of the job. I asked for a receipt, and Mark assured me he would email it to me. A day has gone bye with my again requesting for receipt. No receipt. His guy oiled the lock which did not fix that problem, he assessed the other issue, then stepped outside to talk to Mark. He then came back in and said I needed a new door.
