1 star for Brianna , she was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She had an attitude from the moment I spoke to her and made the whole situation even more stressful. Thankfully, Matt the supervisor stepped in and was the complete opposite. Calm, helpful, and respectful. If it weren’t for him, this experience would’ve been even worse. Brianna should not be the first point of contact for customers needing support.
5 Stars for Ms. Ashley. She provided me with a smooth call, such a bright and pleasant personality. Ashley's patience made my set up easy as she took her time. She knows her job in and out. Please commend her for her efforts among her peers. She is an asset to your company.
