This is for all the reasonable people whose expectations match the service provided. That being said I can only speak for Ms. Jalenne. She is a rockstar, set up my new account and troubleshooted issues to turn on power to a very specific location. For the customer service she provided I can only say NWE should be giving her a nice bonus and promotion to where she trains the entire companies personnel on customer service. *****
