Amazing! I had a negative experience prior and this office has been great. The Dentist talks over all options and considers all the angles. Recently I had a filling fall out and another needed to be replaced. We initially assumed I needed a crown but after getting into things we found a filling would do just as well. This saved me 100s of dollars in bills and I have had no issues since! Even the office staff are great, calling when they have openings if needed and showing genuine care for their patients. Bravo
Whitney (who does the phone scheduling) is the kindest, sweetest, loveliest human. I struggle with anxiety around making calls and talking to receptionist and she has always been patient and understanding when I call. The rest of the staff there is fantastic. My hygienist is wonderful and Dr. Dannon is a hoot! (I always look forward to hearing him mentioning the birds!!) Big fan of the cozy vibe of the office, all the plants, and painted ceiling tiles! Had a filling fall out. They said don't worry, you can wait a few months to cap it. 2 weeks later tooth broke. Lost tooth!! Wanted to charge my 6 grand to put a post in etc. Another tooth chipped, they said they'd crown it asao. 2 months of wearing an Ill fitting temp that keep falling off and 4 visits later , I was PUSHED into excepting a crown that was too short.
