I know this store for the past 4 or 5 years excellent service , so far I have purchase 5 or 6 knives . The big issue of you guys is your employees, LISA one lady the works in the store took information from my husband and started to bother our family just last night she showed up in my house drunk and threading us . I don’t see professionalism that an employee gets involved in the store costumers life . Hope that can be fix Thank you !
It has long been the best knife store in the Chicago. All the professional chefs and cooks go there to buy their knives and to have them expertly and gently serviced. They also have a broad collection of other culinary tools, too.
