Very poor service they only give rides to ppl over 60 when for years they gave rides to anybody who needs one old or young disabilities or not and I think the switch was the worst move they could have ever made period and they really need to change it back to the way it was I'm really pissed off about this and I'm gonna take it to the Torrington townhall
Absolutely the worst bus company I Connecticut. They get funds from CT Transit. And they don't use them towards bussing people. Northwest Transit shut the busses down on the most busy day they could have. Black Friday. Why did they do that?
