The staff at NWCSB is extremely friendly, patient and go out of their way to help.
They are caring people.
We were given mixed messages about being seen after being released from the mental hospital and after being told we could schedule an appointment due to the severity of my husband's condition, they changed their minds and told us we couldn't afterall. Super frustrating to have so much back and forth with someone who needs services and is not being given them because of beaucratic red tape. Not okay.
