I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Worst Costumer Service! – Hate, hate, hate the customer service that comes from this office! I would leave but I'm pregnant with my second child and I like my dr. the ladies in the billing department are rude and won't answer your questions. I tried 3 different times and finally got to talk to the billing manager Annette after threatening to switch.
