Horrible Treatment – Unbelievable treatment by the office staff. We recently moved to Seattle and I only recently found out I was pregnant. I found this office and went in for my first appointment. The receptionist, Ajia, refused to help with the insurance process (we had Blue Cross) even though we were insured. She refused to call BCBS to settle the problem, and just kept insisting that we owed $450. I tried to present my old insurance card from my previous job (under which I am still covered) but she said I had "already to... read more

Incompetent and rude staff – When we told their staff we had already had initial tests done at another OB-GYN , they would not let us see a doctor unless we agreed to do all of the initial tests again at their clinic and self-pay for it since our insurance would not do the same tests two days in a row. She would let us see the doctor for a couple minutes but they "might charge us" for the right to speak to him about our problem. Their front desk knew when they scheduled our appt that we were meeting other possible clinics an... read more

No top notch care – Dr. Pray and her staff seemed to be overworked. I went 4 times to her and all 4 times I did not receive good care. If you ask her specific questions; she will respond back with the same information that you can find in any booklet. She likes to draw blood, even if the same tests were done just a month ago, because she would not look through the chart. They were going to charge me twice for my co-pay. Good thing; I kept the receipt. Next time they misplaced my chart... Staffing would not pass along my ques... read more

Top notch care. – As a first time Mom, I had no idea where to receive care when I found out I was pregnant. I found NWHC in the phone book and figured I would always change if I did not like them. Dr. Callahan was my physician and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly listens. The whole staff was very pleasant, and I was generally seen at my assigned appointment time (this is amazing considering what a busy practice it is.) I always felt cared for and never rushed. I c... read more

Great Clinic – This is a great clinic. All the doctors are top notch and I just started seeing Dr. Pray as my old doctor left the clinic. I was nervous but she was great which gives me even more confidence in the clinic as a whole. They only seem to hire great doctors that are also great people. I had my first baby through this clinic and had a great experience at Swedish. I would truly describe my labor and delivery as uneventful even though it was my first. It wasn't easy but it was smooth and I didn't ever feel like the b... read more

My favorite doctor – Dr. O'Neil is excellent! I have been in her care for three children. I have great confidence in her as well as all the doctors in the office. She is an outstanding doctor in every way. She takes the time to really listen, assess everything and makes solid suggestions.
