NO SHOW, NO CALL! We had them come over to quote us and they set up a time and day to do the work. The appointment was a 1-hour window between 4 and 5. At 5:45 I called the office and left a message as no one answered the phone. Now, one full day later no callback. These guys are off my list for good. I wish there was a zero star option.
If I could give zero stars I would. We scheduled to have this company install our Christmas lights. They showed up, opened all our new lights, and then left saying they’d be back. They never returned. They have not responded to emails or to multiple phone calls. If they had called us back, this might be a different review, but given they seem to not care about potential customers, they shouldn’t be trusted to show up much less do a good job.
