I have been working with Dr Herron for about 2 months for pelvic floor muscles. I highly recommend her. I'm seeing results. I used to have nothing but a flutter. Now I can squeeze and hold. Dr. McCarter is a very caring provider but today I spent 15 minutes on the phone being berated and belittled by Dawn, the medical biller. In the course of that conversation she twice alluded to me being dishonest and she made me feel horrible about on being able to pay $50 for my visit back in July of 2017. I am sorry I am of modest means but the billing is inconsistent and leaves me confused about my balance. I dislocated my shoulder 20+ years ago and have degenerative hip disorder. Now in my middle age life, I have chronic pain in my neck, shoulder and hip. I have been coming to NW Wellness for 9 years. DR. Harlow and Dr. Nichols have helped me move past the pain with their skill and guidance. Every time I get an adjustment, I feel so much better. I have received helpful hints on what physical therapy and exercises I can do to alleviate pain. I have less headaches, aches and pains after my visits. Thank you!
