Everything started out great with NW Bariatrics. I saw Dr Richardson and he said he could help me. I went through all the hoops and saw great supporting staff like the dietician and the therapist. Both of them were great. Then it came time for my pre-op and was scheduled with Dr Richardson. I get there and they tell me he had surgery and I will be seeing a PA. Then the PA doesn't even touch me during my appt. Just goes over questions. I could have done that on the phone. I see Dr Richardson just before surgery for 1 minute. ... read more
