I’ve been a customer for the last 10 to 15 years. I didn’t mind paying their high fees because of the quality service my pets received however they have many new staff members and their customer service has gone extremely down hill. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with them the last few years. They have lost my business and I do not recommend them.
RecommendedI was so impressed with the young man that did my dogs check up yesterday. my son (2 months old) cried most of our conversation and he handled it so well. He was very respectful. my dogs always get the best care here and the customer service is what keeps me coming back. I can't always leave my kids with someone for appointments so this kind of understanding is amazing. I'm grateful.
They are very caring people. Very thorough examinations, gentle with the animals. Explanations are given at a level I can understand. Staff is friendly and efficient. I’ve been taking my cat to them for 10 years. She remains very healthy and active.
Very attentive and caring clinic. They took great care with Andy yesterday in a difficult situation, following up today to see how he was. Same clinic that took care of our Abby sowing such compassion when we lost her. They were there to help with her transition to the rainbow bridge. I would trust any pet to them.
We found this gem in a pinch during the COVID19 quarantine. Our puppy was not felling well and the staff at NWVC of Stanwood were AMAZING! The care and information they provided our family during such a hard time was incredible. Their prices are very reasonable and affordable. The staff were so nice! It was a pleasure, honestly a treat to interact with such amazing people during such a hard time for our community. I highly recommended this veterinary clinic!!
Very attentive and thorough with our little pup. Even gave us a kibble sample to try with our picky little one and turns out she really likes it! She was quite nervous and they were great with her!
Love the front end staff, love the Dr's and all the pet care family there! Clean, happy environment!
They are an amazing vet, cover small to large animals we will not take my animals anywhere else. Very helpful when you call to set up appointments or if it’s an emergency.
