My dog had an ear infection which caused a hematoma. My vet wanted a ton of money to surgically drain the hematoma. Dr. Shephard simply lanced her ear and put a cannula in it. No need for surgery, saved me a ton of money.!!! The staff is super friendly, always smiling and you don't feel rushed when it's your turn. I've been there twice so far and haven't had to wait too long to see the doc. I like the place so much, I'm changing to NW veterinary even though it takes me 15-20 mins to get there.
they are always helpful! with my capone! also they are close. sometimes we like to walk.
Awesome folks here who really go out of their way to provide the best care for my pets.
