RecommendedCaring and supportive staff. They really make sure you know what all of your options are and make sure all of your questions are answered before and after your procedure. The procedure itself was quick and painless. I barely felt anything at all.
Dr. Kim and his staff were great! I have been there for 3 procedures and the staff has made me comfortable and at ease. I would recommend them to anyone.
This place is the best. I was worried because i needed 3 surgeries on the veins of my legs. I was treated so well. The entire staff made me feel comfortable and really cared about my needs. Thank you Dr. Kim and staff. If anybody has any fears of going through any procedures, please know that you will be in good hands....
They walked me through all of it and answered every single question. I really appreciated the details about all the treatment options. The staff I dealt with was extremely pleasant and the lady who performed my ultrasound gladly explained what all my results were and showed me examples on my own leg veins.
I won't go anywhere else for aesthetic services! I just won't! Ha. Johnna is so kind and knowledgeable, and she is very good at what she does! My skin is so happy after a visit (and my brows are, too!) So call and select option 3. You'll get transferred to Chris (who is an awesome delight), and she'll get you scheduled for your aesthetic services. You'll love it!
Dr. Kim and the staff are absolutely wonderful. They were thourough and very professional. I am to have three procedures done and I am having the Third done tomorrow. Quick recovery time. It is going to be so nice to have nice legs again with out all the vericose veins everywhere. 💜💚💚Thank you so very much. I sleep better now also.
All staff is friendly and very welcoming with smiles. Working in health myself, I understand the level of scrutiny that falls on this type of customer service. Dr. Kim performed all 4 of my procedures. He did great, well skilled, and excellent bedside manner. Special shout out to Stefanie, she chilled my nerves everytime. I would highly recommende NWVA to anyone seeking vascular surg!
