Been there a few times. Every time the office staff ruins it. They make a living off those $25 fees for rescheduling and will charge you EVEN if u give enough notice, so keep track! I just today, cancelled an appt for day after tomorrow and they gave me hassle on the phone and wanted me to come in today. Then just left me in dead air on the phone after repeating i need to cancel. I was like, is that all? I didn't even know what the appt was for. 3 month follow up. From what? After the silent treatment, then they told me they... read more

Dingy, unprofessional office with unhelpful staff. I established a new patient appointment as a new resident of Arizona in order to have my prescriptions managed. After paying over $100 just to see the doctor, I was told he could not manage my medications. He then referred me to another doctor who apparently only sees children and adolescents, so the referral was worthless. A joke of an office! Would not recommend to anyone

Unfortunately as with any relationship it takes time to really get to know someone. Dr. Bhakta seemed to really care at first, very mild mannered even an occasional smile. I took no issue with him. The change came when he persisted in changing a medication I had been on since 1999. There was no medical reason to change the medicine. Yet, it was his desire to do so, I felt like a was very willing to work with him, A miscommunication started happening though, as I went to pick up my script I would see a change in the dose as i... read more

Dr.B was a good doctor a few years ago. He is a liar, he will change your medications with not even telling you. Don’t go here. The office staff is just as worthless. The front desk person Martha is no longer here and she was the only thing they had going for them.

I have to admit, I read the horrible comments about the office staff and didn’t think it would be such an issue. I was just looking for a great doctor. Dr. Bhakta was great and friendly, his office staff really ruins that for him. I was told I was going to be charged a 25 $ no show fee for an appointment I had waited weeks to get in to and never received confirmation of. I was lied to about receiving the call, I had no problem receiving a message saying I owed a 25$ fee though.. oddly enough. The girl on the phone was beyond... read more
