I would have easily given this place 5 stars if it weren’t for Deborah. She is, without question, the only person I’ve encountered here who has provided anything resembling a bad customer experience. Unfortunately, one person can completely taint an otherwise great experience, and that was the case here. If customer service isn’t something you’re capable of handling professionally, perhaps a different role would be a better fit. I am reviewing the summer camp childcare. I saw 3 ladies at the el mirage park/ splash pad one morning when I took my own kids there. There was 1 lady, long dark hair, Adidas shoes, who was extremely grouchy and rude to the children. She Just kept yelling at the kids. Even for just playing and having fun. She yelled at a little girl dancing in the water. A kid spinning something supposed to be spun.
