Very efficient. My problem was taken care of quickly. Nice staff.
Great experience! The front desk person, Carrie & Amanda, were super caring and friendly. And I even received a f/u about results from some testing from Britley; that's a rarity! Highly recommend!
Office was clean, receptionist efficient and saw a NP took down information and then was seen by physicians assistant. Everything was explained and quickly resolved. Prescriptions sent and I was home within a hour.
The service was all good and professional! Great alternative to be able to see a doctor in my medical group, because it is very hard to get into my regular doctor in the group, in a timely manner.
The NP Leonard is not good with children, he just seems irritated, cold, impatient and rude, not a pleasant experience for an already difficult/stressful situation to be there in the first place.
