I went in yesterday for a sports physical for my son. I was excited to see that the lobby was empty so we wouldn't have to wait long. We walked in to see the reception desk empty along with the rest of the place. After a few minutes of waiting someone greeted me and told me to write down the information on a clipboard and someone will be with me to register me shortly.
