Expedient service and friendly personnel.
Very nice place. Felted I was taken care of well. Received follow-up call with test results Just two things I think could be improved- 1-Reception area. I entered the office and no one was at reception desk. I did not see sign-in board on first station but did at second station. Signed in, sat down, and waited. I finally heard someone at first station and realized there is a barrier or wall that prevents receptionist from seeing other half of waiting room, so I approached her and checked in. I received excellent care! Only 5 minutes in the waiting room. All the staff were kind and listened. It’s the best medical I have had in a long time and I appreciate it so much. Dr. Kirk was wonderful!
