Great customer service and RN and NP
I used to recommend this place all the time. Especially for kids. But, when they've been sick a week +, w/ congestion & constant cough, that nothing OTC helps, and they are school age, & you won't even do an X RAY..............then I have to rethink coming there again.
You would think when my wife went in and requested a wheelchair so she could get me inside they would have asked if she needed help. But NOPE. She had to fight trying to get the door open and chair out to the car then push my 300 + body back inside. She's got a bad back and isn't very big, oh and did I mention we are seniors. You think any of those young *$@%€#s would offer to give her a hand. Again NOPE! Hopefully the doctors on staff aren't as crappy as their staff in the front.
I took my husband there at 7pm on Wednesday night with a couple of deep lacerations on his brow and a nasty cut on his finger, the results from a fall. NW Urgent Care was professional, warm and friendly, and saw us in a timely manner. Stephanie the nurse was stellar, professional yet very caring. He was sutured up and given very clear home care instructions. It was a great experience for a not so great circumstance.
