I want to thank you, Northwest, on amazing super professional services performed on my trailer!! They help us get home safely at the last minute schedule and with no hike on price! They didn't use the bad situation of the trailer to make money this is why I want to write this review and let other drivers be aware of these shop! Thank you so much
These guys are the best. We were in a pinch with both of our trailers down and Ken and his team were able to help get us operational quickly even though he was facing constrains of his own. They always do a great job and are my go to for our needs in Spokane.
Stopped by at closing to have my liftgate repaired and was met by the service manager, Ken. Great and knowledgeable guy. He told me to return the next morning and they would get right on it. I arrived 30 min early and his team was on it. Every employee there is top notch. They got me in and out much sooner than I expected at a more than reasonable rate. Will definitely return.
I’m an owner operator with Atlantic and Pacific Freightways out of Vancouver Wa. I had picked up A Trailer in Seattle, lights were not working properly and was losing air. I called Northwest Trailer Center and spoke with Ken. He stated they were busy but come on by. When I pulled up in front his coworker Dillion and him were already approaching my truck, equipment in hand to locate the issue. These guys had the trailer fixed in Under 5 minutes. They did a great job on my horse trailer wiring problems. The service manager, Ken, was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and timely.
