They dont actually accept walk-ins, despite the website saying otherwise.
The one receptionist was not going to let me get my lab work yesterday because I had no appointment. I was told by Dr.Rossi had told me to come in and get my labs done. The lab person was not there Tuesday when I had my appointment . The other receptionist helped so I could get my labs done. The lab tech and the nurse seemed like it was too much trouble to do my labs and they weren't busy
I appreciate having Dr. Steven Rossi as my primary care physician. I don’t feel rushed and I feel he allows me to ask questions and have an input on my healthcare. I feel that the decisions made on my behalf take into consideration my individual needs. I have several family members who feel the same , we appreciate his genuine care.
The service at the front was great and Dr. Rossi was very knowledgeable and professional.
