This is a low star place my rent has went up multiple times and I had gotten family members to apply for these apartments and they couldn’t get their refund back knowing that most apartments tell you you won’t qualify beforehand you purchase the application fee with these apartments did not do that and they denied his application and I rate these apartments as zero out of 10 the maintenance is not good whatsoever there’s holes in the walls. Well this is by far the worst place they had a guy storing his stuff in multiple apartments, a lot of plumbing issues, management is a joke I heard they let a couple move in which one of them has disabilities and didn’t make any repairs to accommodate for that and tricked her on her income basically knowing they can’t afford it such a shame Karly isn’t doing her job properly I’m getting an inspector friend to shut this place down since they cat make proper repairs
