Stay away from this complex at all costs. Overpriced for the size of the apartments. Worst year of my life living here. In the year that I lived there we had THREE different property managers with a new one starting when I was moving out so that’s FOUR in ONE year. Apartments are infested with roaches, insects of all sorts and REPTILES. They charge a monthly pest control fee and the entire time I lived there it was only offered once. Plumbing is terrible. Heard from many locals about poor maintenance and lack of pool cleaning
so what I’m gonna warn people, when considering this apartment complex is please make sure and question everything on your contract. And whanever the leasing office tells you something, you need to record or have a witness because my rent went up by $70 to add Internet for which I didn’t even want. She first said that it could wait till when I re-signed shortly after she changed that it ended up still charging me the following month.
