On August 7th 2026 I had 2 pretty badly decayed teeth pulled, Dr.Gergens and his team were really helpful and telling me step by step what they were going to be doing, it's now a week into the healing process and I have had 0/10 pain every day so far which is amazing but I don't know what him and is team did but I was expecting some sort of pain while in the healing process but anyway thank you to him and his team.
Very unprofessional and arrogant and inconsiderate of patients wellbeing and conditions and to be honest whom ever answers the phone is very petty they have a no call no show and no leeway for missed appointments or late
Im posting this because I am beyond greatful for Dr.Schrack. I had went in last Thursday for tooth extractions, well the past 3 days ive been in the hospital for tissue infection. This doctor reached out to me personally apologizing and making sure I was really ok. I wish I could have him as my personal dentist because he is amazing. He listened when my own dentist office told me nothing was wrong. I highly recommend this place. They are amazing people who actually care about your well being. Thank you again for EVERYTHING.
