Completely unprofessional! Front end staff wouldn’t allow me to make an appointment for my parent. What good is having a family doctor like this who won’t even book appointments for prescriptions. He won’t do over the phone refills and he won’t allow an appointment to be made. It’s no wonder he and his front staff have such a low review rating.
This review is long overdue - I kept meaning to post it because I remember feeling uncertain after reading some of the negative feedback before my referral. After going through the process myself, I can confidently say those concerns felt completely unfounded. One common criticism was that no one answers the phones. In my experience, that was not true. Great experience. Worth the extra money.
Dr. Fernandes is professional and excellent at what he does. The receptionist has always been kind to me, so I’m not sure what all the negative reviews are about. I’m grateful that I was referred to this clinic. Thanks again for all your work!
I have heard good things about Dr. Fernandes and I don't doubt that he's a good doctor, but I never got to see him. I arrived at 3:40 p.m. for my consultation which was scheduled for 3:50 p.m. After waiting almost an hour I decided to leave. I'm a busy professional and unfortunately I cannot wait forever to see the doctor. I agree with most of the reviews that his receptionist is not friendly.
