I’m bothered with billing. I just took child routine checkup here and it should be covered by my insurance but I got bills several times and the billing department doesn't handle this problem properly. So much waisting time and energy. He told me a lot of lies. So stressful

I had a truly excellent experience at this doctor’s office. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were welcoming, professional, and efficient. I've been going to see Dr. H for 7 years & the practice has gone downhill..I usually have to wait a minimum of 1hour after my scheduled appointment time sometimes even 2 hours..I have given up on them & will find a new doctor, I don't see how the wait time could be worse...Good luck 🤞

I came upon the doctors by accident and have been with them ever since. I had hit my head on a cabinet door and bleed pretty bad. I got the bleeding to stop and looked for Urgent Care. It turned out it use to be but the Dr took me in anyways and took care of me. Thank goodness no concussion or stitches. The doctors and staff listen and ask questions. They take their time and explain what is going on and what they are going to do or what we have to do. I highly recommend them.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service here. Despite waiting for an extended period, I received no updates or explanations. When I attempted to inquire about the status, I was met with complete disregard and rudeness from the staff. It's unclear whether they're understaffed or simply don't care, but I've never felt so disrespected. I strongly advise against wasting your time here, and I won't be returning or recommending it to anyone.
