I’m bothered with billing. I just took child routine checkup here and it should be covered by my insurance but I got bills several times and the billing department doesn't handle this problem properly. So much waisting time and energy. He told me a lot of lies. So stressful

I've been going to see Dr. H for 7 years & the practice has gone downhill..I usually have to wait a minimum of 1hour after my scheduled appointment time sometimes even 2 hours..I have given up on them & will find a new doctor, I don't see how the wait time could be worse...Good luck 🤞
