This has been the biggest mess I have ever seen as far as their billing practices. The manager will claim "your card must have expired or something" this is the most frequent excuse. My bank card didn't change and it didn't expire! Then after they neglect deducting your bill (that is supposed to be on automatic draft), the manager will call and say, we have to have 3 months payments to catch up your account. THEY HAVE COCKROACHES and conveniently didn’t mention it until our month was up and we went to get our stuff - only to open the door and have multiple cockroaches come out. We called them, they said they’ve had problems for several months. But didn’t think to tell anyone, apparently. You know what you did. Thanks a lot. You’ve ruined our move. All for some extra grocery money. I am heartbroken.
