RecommendedThe staff is very helpful, I’ve always been treated with respect. Never waited to be seen more than 10 minutes, unheard of in the medical profession. Dr Ball is very personable and professional.
While the doctor I had did a good job on the actual surgery, there is no customer service or bedside manner involved. I have never waited less than an hour to be seen and the staff acts like he walks on water so I should be grateful for waiting. I got plenty of insincere apology and was whisked out the door like I was the one causing the problem. You can be sure I will be seeking a second opinion.
