Amazing surgeons & great staff.
Dr. Henderson owned her mistake, apologized and is fixing the issue. I am pleasantly surprised and happy that a surgeon actually took the time to do this.
I just love the surgeon i have, Dr. Duc Vo he is so kind and caring, i was seen in his office today with a few concerns. Me being scared and paranoid of my iliostomy and such. He reassured me that everything was looking good. Also said it was ok to be afraid sense this is something extremely new for me..i have even had to call the after hours number to have them page him because i was concerned about something. Dr Winnie Henderson and her team are the best! She explained the surgery clearly at the presurgery meeting so I was well prepared and the very next day I was free of the gerd that has plagued me for decades. Two months later and I'm still doing great! Thank you Dr Henderson!!
So far I've been very unimpressed with the GI specialists here. They did a couple tests for my wife and when they came back negative they seemed to be dumbfounded and lacked any curiosity regarding her ailments. Additionally, they prescribed her a very high dose of omeprazole which can be harmful and another medication that was contra-indicated with one of her major symptoms. We are seeking a referral to GI specialist out of the area.
I went in for a biopsy for a lump I found in my breast. I was kinda scared and the doctor and his nurse assistant made me feel so comfortable with my procedure. They were great.
the wait in the lobby was pretty short the wait once i got into the room wasnt too bad either and the employeed were friendly.
