This bank is run by crooks and ethical mutants. I had an issue with my debit card awhile back regarding overdraft fees. The bank conducted their own kangaroo court investigation and sent me unsigned letter stating I owed the fees. When I questioned my “quote” account manager Paul Kruszewski-who played the liaison between the mystery man who supposedly conducted the investigation-Paul was smug and arrogantly played dumb or went silent on anything he couldn’t answer.
