We feel very lucky to have found this company. We had some leaks and called to see about an estimate to repair or replace the roof. Tim was responsive and showed up when he said he would. He found damage from a hailstorm and our homeowner’s insurance covered a whole new roof. Afterwards, we had a small leak during Hurricane Helene, and the company was again responsive and fixed the leak and painted our ceiling. I highly recommend this roofing company!
From start to finish John Roger’s and his crew were professional and quick. Not only was costumer service great, but the installation process was done quickly and super clean! Even neighbors complimented how impressed they were with how clean and organized the workers were. Would highly recommend north west roofing to anyone in need of roof repair.

Aaron Burke was my contact person. He was polite and professional. The work crew was here when scheduled, and they were efficient and quick. It's only been a week, but the roof looks good. Their initial quote was on par with others, but they let me choose the deposit amount, which is what ultimately made my decision. Another company I was looking into wanted half the total upfront. They even refunded me some back for unused supplies.
What a great experience - twice!! Me and my wife found during our home inspection, our dream home needed a roof ASAP! With closing fast approaching for our old home - time was short. I called several roof company’s that all said they “maybe able” to come out within the week. Aaron came out and was able to get us a quote needed for our closing.
