This has been a horrible experience. If I could leave 0 stars i would. I rent a townhouse in Donnelly idaho. This company was hired to reshingle the roof of our complex. In a neighborhood full of kids and pets they speed around ignoring the 10mph speed limit, they have left trash, debris, and nails everywhere, they started pounding at 715 am when there is an 8 am noise ordinance, and they injured 2 baby birds and left them dying in my driveway for my 2 year old daughter to have to see and my husband to have to deal with. I really enjoyed working with Chad and Levi on our roof replacement. They made a roof replacement project incredibly easy and stress free. They answered all of my questions ms were quick to respond. Their pricing is honest and there are no frills or sell ups. The tenants said that it was a stress free experience for them, as well. NW Roofing did a great job, they cleaned up the property and it was hassle free.

Called two different times asking for help with a skylight leak. Both times we were told that Levi would call us to get us on their schedule. Never got a call. Hired someone else to do the work.
