I was very disappointed with Dr. Tok and her front office staff. First thing my referral was sent by my physician 2 weeks and never heard from them. I called and left 2 messages and never heard back so I tried one more time and I finally got a live person. The first girl who answered me too my information and said she was placing me on hold, that was 30 minutes waiting on that phone.
