PS I'm referring to Dr. Ulker Tok, I want to make it clear
Overall it was not a good first appointment. The receptionist is terrible and I finally left her a threatening voice-mail. She wouldn't return my calls and it was impossible to make my first appointment. It took from November 21 to December 30. Dr. Tok gave a good exam for 45 minutes. I thought she heard me and she asked lots of questions taking good notes. If she ever yells at me, I will go balastic in my best German tongue
Was in the waiting room and saw the doctor come out freaking out on a patient and trying to get in his face as he was trying to leave. Needless to say I got up and left and am now looking for a new doctor.
I started With Northwest Rheumatology a month or so ago. I was seeing doctor Tok, our first meeting she was very short with me and didn't really take the time to listen to my case. Dr. Tok was very quick to just prescribe medication and get me out the door. I went back for follow up appointment that ended up being an hour late. No one could tell me why Dr. Tok was running behind which wasn't a huge deal except for the fact that I had another appointment. If I could give Dr Ulker Tok less than one star I would!! Had a 3:30 appt finally saw the dr after 5pm. She came in without any conversation/introduction and had to look up my name on her paperwork.. she started typing on the laptop.. asking me if I had pain today.I tried to break into the conversation she just repeated her question three times as I tried to tell her that I was new to area had recently had serious accident broke my leg which required other doctors to stop a medication I was on. she does listen to you . had her kids in the office they did listen to her she did care that they should be in room with me .it was so cold in the office I was told that how she likes it . I wait 4 hours for her she could give a care at all .never said sorry for the wait it was crazy nurse was only one care . I never go back again 👿
Dr. Tok is very disrespectful of her patients. Interrupting patients when asking questions, very short with patients. Read some of the former comments. Wish I had before I saw her--I would have canceled immediately!! Have since changed Rheumatologists & just love her!! Would not recommend her to my worst enemy. Granted she is from a different culture, but she needs to adapt to the American way or go back to where she came from!!
