Hit or miss on service, all depends who picks up the phone. Cashed two checks of mine but seemed to have trouble actually putting the money on my account. Told me not pay online through my bank. If it wasn’t so hard to switch providers would have bailed on them.
This company has services my husband's oxygen needs well. Technician & drivers are very knowledgeable, make patient feel he is in the best of care always. Whenever we have a question or problem, the 800# is there 24/7. Issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
