This is the third medical supply company I have dealt with since starting CPAP three years ago, and it is by far the best. Amanda and Terri, the respiratory therapists I have interacted with, have provided me with exceptional service and care. They are extremely knowledgeable and up to date about the various machines, masks, and equipment available for obstructive sleep apnea therapy, and they go out of their way to ascertain and meet the needs of their patients. They have been a pleasure to deal with.
Respiratory therapist was great.. office staff not so much rude, lying, thieves. Charged me over double quoted price because I own my own CPap machine. Going elsewhere from now on.
What started out great ended poorly. These folks are great at informing you that they'll bill your insurance. What they dont confirm is if you are IN network or OUT of network. Referred persons beware as I learned only after $1100 were billed out of what should have been less than $100. They were not very friendly or sympathetic on the return for the device. Charged us another $110 to rent a replacement machine because their machine isn't functioning. They take advantage of people who need their services! Shame on them!
Billing is terrible. Bills never show when they bill to insurance, what insurance paid. Only what you owe! Never clear on what you are paying. They sent me 3 different bills within 2 weeks! Mess I am still trying to reconcile with my insurance.
