This company should be investigated for illegally holding vehicles on their lot once they have been authorized for release. They refuse to give me access to appointments and the customer service team acts like a group of high school girls.
They deserve -10 star and to be closed forever this place, they put tires boots to my truck and from beginning asked $1400 after a few hours they told will be $1600 and will be more for every 15 min, and they will tow the truck, but from beginning they left a notice where’s showing the truck will be towed after 24 hours Only liars and scammers
This company towed my semi truck without professionalism or respect. Not only was the staff rude and dismissive, but they also showed zero concern for the fact that I rely on my truck for work. They charged outrageous fees, refused to explain the breakdown of costs, and acted like they were doing me a favor. The way they handled my truck was careless, and their customer service was even worse. If you’re a truck driver or business owner, beware — this company will take advantage of you the moment they get the chance.
TOWED MY CAR WITHOUT A WARNING, IM A RESIDENT OF TBE PROPERTY AND JUST PURCHASED A CAR. THEYRE COMPLETE THIEVES, DEMANDING $240 TO GET THE CAR AN HOUR AFTER THEY TOWED IT. Scammers!!!!!!!!
Employees only know how to escalate situation’s rather than maintain professionalism by being professionals or even de-escalating bad situations. Completely rude, unnecessary aggressive attitudes and highly unprofessional people because of this company’s behavior, (thankfully my interaction was video recorded) my Association refunded my money and no longer works with this horrible place.
