This towing company towed my guest's vehicle from the Monarch. I was forced to pay 260 to get my guest's vehicle out of the lot in Rolling Meadows. The vehicle was not to be towed and towing company reasoning for towing the vehicle is because it does not have a sticker. The Monarch doesn't give out stickers to guests, only residents receive blue or red stickers. I asked the towing company what does the guests stickers or placard look like.
