Pay your bills or your car will end up here. Period. These guys are doing their job and doing a great one at that. I had the misfortune of having my car repossessed and left some important belongings inside. I called and talked to a sweet lady who was super helpful and kind and willing to work with me to get my stuff back. Witnessed a tow truck driver on 57 and South Chicago recklessly driving while tailgating others on the road. Granted no cars on the truck, but seriously?? Shows the kind of employees they allow into business.
No stars. One of the employees in the back said after I tried getting the REST of my property, “ok but who’s the one with the repossessed car? “ blatant disregard for customer. After asking them “how many people’s stuff from the cars do you guys steal?” They said “we don’t steal” but with no full acknowledgement that are actively stealing if they don’t return the seat covers. “KNOCK KNOCK HELLOOOO?” They need better training the manager stood by and just let it all happen.
