RecommendedI just had NWRS do a small welding job on my exhaust. The overall customer service was great. They were very thorough in explaining exactly what was being done. The flange that they welded on was done very well. I mentioned when I dropped it off that I needed it done quickly and they found the time to squeeze it in with all the big builds and had it back in 1 day. When it was time to pick up my exhaust Clyde offered to stay a few extra minutes so I could get it before the weekend.
Unfortunately I did not have the same experience. I think if things are straight forward and easy for them things go pretty smoothly like any business. We ran into something not so smooth. I at first thought Adam was an honest, straight-talking fella myself, but found out different. Had to come back to the shop multiple times to eventually take my vehicle to a shop that was more honest about the issues at hand. The staff at NWRS are amazing! I have a 99 Forester that is about ready to kick the dust and gets her oil changed there every 6 months. Their mechanic recently sent me an email to check on the car and see how it's doing after my last visit. You don't get that level of care and attention to detail at any other shop in town.

Customer Service is great. They took the time to really go over the details and explaining everything thoroughly prior to purchasing the flare kit. The product and fitment was great, which even surprised the body shop I brought it to. Go through these guys if you want quality parts and service. I’d vouch for them any day!
