I am so impressed by this company! Tyler took great care making himself available for numerous inspections and working with my insurance carrier when they first declined my roof replacement after the hailstorm. There was never a surprise during the roof replacement, Leo & his team did excellent work. And Craig came out for the final inspection. Communication was excellent throughout it all and Gretchen & Paula in the office were so responsive & nice! I highly recommend Northwest Quality Roofing!
I would like to thank Jake and his entire team at Northwest Quality Roof for the job they did at my residence. I used them 6 or 7 years ago to put some skylights in. They did the entire Roof replacement this month. The fit & trim on the new roof looks amazing. Getting compliments from people walking their dogs by the house. Northwest Quality Roofing lied about pricing. I contacted NWQR in the fall about a gutter that needs to be replaced - simple job and the price made sense. Unfortunately, I had an expensive repair come up (shower leaking) before I could go ahead. Got that fixed, and then contacted NWQR again about moving forward. Now, just four months later, after multiple emails finalizing the details of the job, they are claiming the price is EIGHTY PERCENT (80%) higher. No explaination, no apology. Just "that's the price".
