Northwest Quality Roofing lied about pricing. I contacted NWQR in the fall about a gutter that needs to be replaced - simple job and the price made sense. Unfortunately, I had an expensive repair come up (shower leaking) before I could go ahead. Got that fixed, and then contacted NWQR again about moving forward. Now, just four months later, after multiple emails finalizing the details of the job, they are claiming the price is EIGHTY PERCENT (80%) higher. No explaination, no apology. Just "that's the price". Excellent response helping us with a small repair on quick notice ! Awesome office team too.
NWQR has done two smaller jobs for us now. Everything from the initial inspection and the estimate, to scheduling, to the job and clean-up and finally to invoicing is excellent. Communication is amazing. The crews are fantastic and very safety focused which we appreciated. I felt the prices were great and no upselling stuff we did not need. This is a very high quality company. Thank you for the great work and service.
