Northwest Quality Roofing did a great job! They took care of every detail, communicated well, and were always on schedule. The quality was excellent. Wouldn't use anyone else.
I am very happy with my new roof. The color is great and the quality of the material is exceptional. The staff and crew are friendly and helpful. The crew worked carefully around the house and cleaned up at the end of each work day. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing roof work. They are the BEST!!
Above and beyond service, zero-pressure approach, immediately responsive to our questions and our logistics/timing pivots, certifiably high quality product, spent significant time to communicate with our insurance company (both verbally and in writing) to ensure that every bit of our hail-damaged roof was covered by insurance, full explanations of anything and everything on demand, a true family vibe, and they also beat other local companies on price — significantly — without the need to negotiate.
Not many companies now days have been worth rating, but this company and the people within it are. They have been amazing. The quality of work, friendliness, communication and integrity has been some of the qualities I have seen. Craig has been great with every need and want with the roof.
