I rented from North West Property. I followed every thing on the lease agreement so that way there would be no issues. Come to find out the unit I was in had BED BUGS!!! This was finally confirmed towards the end of the lease and they hired Riteway pest control to come spray. They guy that sprayed stated the chemical he was using wasn't guaranteed to work, so I decided to move out at the end of my lease and buy all new furniture. While renting from Northwest Property, everything was fantastic. Our front door screen popped out twice so we called maintenance to fix it. Two years later we are denied on another apartment application because of a 'bad rental history' from Northwest property. I have photos after cleaning the apartment showing it was immaculate, they claim we left crumbs in the cupboard making the unit 'extremely dirty and flithy'. Be cautious of hanging ANYTHING.
